Thirty-eight light-filled homes, each with private outdoor space.

110 North 1st Street is a collection of thirty-eight residences defined by generous light, material quality, and a strong relationship between interior and outdoor space. Every residence includes private outdoor space, while floor-to-ceiling Schüco windows bring natural light into the primary living areas and large-format operable windows extend that openness into the bedrooms.
110 North 1st Street is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The architecture is organized around openness, natural light, and a direct relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling Schüco glazing defines the primary living spaces, while large-format operable windows bring natural light and ventilation into the bedrooms. A restrained palette of natural materials and custom Italian millwork creates continuity throughout the residences.

The residences pair generous glazing and private outdoor space with a soft, neutral material palette. Kitchens feature full-height white oak cabinetry by RiFRA, Calacatta Borghini marble, and integrated Gaggenau appliances. Bathrooms continue the material language with natural stone, white oak cabinetry, Duravit fixtures, and Watermark fittings. The amenity program extends from the lobby and wellness spaces to landscaped outdoor areas and the rooftop.
